Unilever Vitality Dashers

The Unilever Vitality Dashers circuit of races runs from May till March. First event Hooilandenloop 6 June 2025, last event 5 March 2026 Handicap race.
For this competition we have some reglementen/Rules. It includes the way of scoring and how to get bonus points.
In Summary
Of the 10 races organised, the concluding handicap race and the best 5 of the other 9 will contribute to the overall ranking.
There will be ranking points: 25 for the winner, 22 for runner up, 20 for third place.
18 down to 2 points for places 4-20 and 1 point for all other finishers.
2 Bonus points will be given for going in UVD or VRV shirt/jacket/cap; 1 bonus point for other Unilever outfit.
Bonus points also for improvement of seasons best score (5 and 10.5 km only).

Privacy

For the UVAthletes, including the Dashers, we need data for communication and for results of races. Names and results (including possibly photo's and video) from participants of UVAthletes events will be publicly available. The results are separated for men and women.

Contact details of our members and participants are only collected and kept for communication with our members and participants and never shared with third parties. Only members of the board of UVAthletes have access to this data.

When & Where

Groups of more or less experienced runners go out together around 12:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. New runners are always welcome. Groups of less advanced runners are also on these times and will get adjusted training.
For the lunch time (group) runs there are changing rooms with showers available at De Bongerd. You can run at anytime, but most conveniently when the building is open. Most runners go out for a run at lunch time (Mon-Fri). Regularly used tracks are in the Wageningen woods or near the river. Locations and tracks for the Coopertests and other races are indicated in the Events&Results section (button left). Some of these coopertests are run at the athletics 400m track next to De Bongerd.
